1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using RentOCostume.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Our platform acts as a marketplace connecting customers with independent costume boutiques.
2. Role of the Platform
RentOCostume is an "Intermediary" as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We provide a digital bridge connecting customers with boutique owners. We do not own, sell, or rent the inventory listed on the platform. The contract for rental is directly between the customer and the boutique owner.
3. Rental Policy
Rentals are subject to availability and the specific policies of individual vendors. Standard rental duration is calculated per day. Late returns may incur daily charges as specified by the vendor.
3. Security Deposits
A security deposit is required for most rentals. This deposit is purely to cover potential damages or late fees and will be refunded upon successful return and inspection of the costume.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the condition of rented costumes. Normal wear and tear is expected, but significant damage or loss will result in deduction from the security deposit or additional charges.
